i hate when i dont have plans so i just sit at home and do nothing on a day off. like today. i woke up around 10 and interneted from my bed for like an hour. then i got up and watched street kings on my apple tv and reorganized my itunes library. fun, eh? i played some bio shock and some ncaa 09. i have like 12 dollars till next friday so i didnt eat today. i thought about going to see new james bond movie on my credit card but i didnt. i deleted 20 shows from my dvr. i went to HEB at like 1259a it seems cause I was there at like 110a and someone walked up to me and said, oh sorry we closed. i was like, cool i just need this item i have in my hand. he said, but we have no tills open.

fuckwad.

i queued up movies to watch instantly on my netflix enabled xbox 360. i watched like 40 mins of The Shadow, 20 mins from War Inc and 30 mins from The King of Kong. none of these movies made me happy. it's now 323a and i should sleep but i can't.

i thought i had plans to see a high school football game in austin tomorrow but as usual my friends suck a phat penis and cancel. it's for the best anyway, being that I have 12 bucks until friday.

today was very blah. can you tell?

so, hung out Friday, chilled at my apt and played GH2 and GH3 and went for ice cream. wasn't a date. was a hang out session.

we texted Friday night and she said she liked me and i said i liked her. (6th grade, ftw) she also said, we need to talk about something. oh noes.

she stopped by before her shift sat for about 30 mins and we chatted. nothing about whatever we needed to talk about.

i went to UT game sat night and watched them blow out mizzou. fucking epic. FEPIC if i may.

she said I should come by when game is over. i did. i was like, hey that thing i need to know, what's the deal.

you probably won't want to talk to me after i tell you. (fuck, really? are you a man? married?)

oh, ummmm, well, I'm sorta seeing a guy in corpus. (almost as bad as being a man)

oh, i see. (awkward silence)

so, fuck that was cool. she said he is super immature and when she tries to break up something always happens and she doesn't. course it does. :(

thus goes life. i think she may come by tonight to hang out. that was the plan Friday night but not sure if that's gonna happen now.

i was at work the other day chatting online with a girl. she works where I work.

IM conversation went something like this:

girl: sure

g: it was okay, slow guitar is okay but not really my thing
m: yeah but listen to metallica all day so I need a break
g: metallica, that is what i'm taking about
m: yeah, i saw them at ozzfest couple months back

i wish i would have never watched starship troopers 3 just now. but i did. i now i wish i was dead.

while I was at ozzfest, i passed out from heat exhaustion and slammed the back of my head on the concrete. woo fun time. that shit is no joke, my body pretty much shut down after that so I threw up like twice after and was worn out. at least i got to see sevendust without wanting to die. I was there for ozzy and metallica but my body didnt let me enjoy it. :(

not much else new, i did order a 16g black 3G iPhone. should be here in 7 to 10 days, woo. now i just need to work 10 hr days to help pay for it. I also realized I was in way more credit card debit than I knew, so i need to work that shit out. woo responsibility.

I saw someone twitter a pic of them making pulled pork BBQ in a crock pot on friday and I was like, holy moly I can do that. I got some pork roast, onions and some BBQ sauce and threw it in my crock pot. 12 hours later, yumcity. I didnt take pictures of the awesome, but its in my tummy (and some in the fridge) so it's all good now.

I was surfing the web at work, getting paid OT for it :), when I saw ozzfest was going to be in Dallas next week. My friend Nick is up there for some army training stuff so I was like, maybe I'll see who is playing and see what happens.

Plus, Nick can get military discount on some Rangers and Yankees baseball tickets on Thursday. So I am taking Thurs and Fri off and going to Dallas and watching Yankees and then watching HOLY FUCK METALLICA AND SEVENDUST. TWO BESTEST BANDS EVER OMG I JUST PEED IM SO FUCKING HAPPY.

god damn tickets are $130, general admission. most expensive tickets I ever bought, expect ACL I guess this year.

i just washed some clothes and it seems i had a chap stick in my jeans.

now the shirts and cargo shorts in that wash all have like oil splotches all over them. i dont have the time or money to go buy like 10 new shirts.

i walked to work today. yeah, it's not much, only took like 25 mins. but i did it and i did it at 2 in the afternoon, OMG HOT! i am going to try it all week. walking home at 1130p may be crap but whatever. what's good for my body is good for me!

and it will help with gas too. i mean, my average trip in my truck to work only take about 7 mins but whatever.

so other than foo fighters, I believe sevendust is my favorite band ever. i've seen them like 5 times and i love watching them in small clubs for like 7 bucks. I once saw coal chamber, 7dust and powerman 5k for like 12 bucks. omg, i think they might have been the mostest favoritest show ever.

Sevendust plays on June 20th in SA for 30 bucks. I am going. I will go alone. To San Antonio. To see a show. If I have to. They also play like 2 days later in Houston but I wouldn't want to drive to Houston alone for a show. San Antonio I'm cool with, Houston... not no much.

If I can't request it off, I will be sick. I love them that much.

EDIT - i take back the favorite band thing. I forgot about Metallica. I will always love them mostest.

I did nothing today. got home from poker at like 4am. i slept till like 2. woke up and have just been watching stuff online all day. some geek girl tv, some geek brief tv (i love cali lewis) and some tekzilla and twit.

i'm a freaking nerd. it's now like 850p and i have just been watching online video all day. I like lazy sundays. maybe I should play some kol. keaton would like that. i need to get to more than my lonely level two.

is it that bad that I want to see sex and in the city? i watched all the episodes via bit torrent so i think it would be cool to see the movie. I did the same thing with lizzie mcguire but that is my sick little hillary duff fantasy. whatever.

so back in like '04/'05, i used to weight upwards of like 330 pounds. yikes, i know.

a while back I would buy clothes from like gap or old navy or even just threadless or something and get the largest size of 3x and i wouldn't be able to fit. I would be pissed but whatever. What could I do?

Over the last 2 years, I have noticed I have lost some weight. I just recently weighed in at roughly 303. I've been around this weight it seems for 6 months or so. Either way, so I'm packing for my trip back home and I found a couple of items in my closet I remember I couldn't fit into. One was a cool shirt that has the Konami code and it says, EVEN GOD KNOWS IT. The other is a vince young jersey.

Even though I have seen the movie like 10 times, every time I watch the trailer for Cloverfield, I get goosebumps.

I really believe it's the best trailer I will ever see. Sitting in Transformers, people just chatting amongst themselves and this random trailer comes on. No words, just people chatting about a guy leaving for Japan. 15 seconds later, Statue of Liberty head is flying through Manhattan and everyone in the theatre had their mouths open.

as usual, i was supposed to wake up around 11 to go look at an apt and go get GTA 4 and lunch with friends.

as usual, i woke up at 230. alarms dislike me.

i took shower and decided GTA was more important than new apt so I set out to make purchase. I called and confirmed the la frontera gamestop had copies available. Mission started.

I went out to my truck and the mission took a terrible turn. As I walked up, my driver side window was down. When I used to live on riverside back in like 2000, someone had broked into my accord so I was prepared for it again. But I looked around and no glass. I thought either they were the nicest thiefs ever and cleaned up or something else was afoot. I got in and no broken glass was confirmed. Also no stolen goods, radio check, coat check, cds check. I though, hmmm, dubteeffff.

Once when I had said accord from above paragrah, the drive side window holder thing from inside the door had malfunctioned and stopped holding the glass and the glass slipped into the door and when you tried to raise it, just made clicking sounds. I turned my truck on and same noise was made. I am starting to dislike motorized window thingys.

I called the dealership I got the truck at and conversation went like so:

me - hi i bought truck and now window broke and you fix?
guy - no service here. go south.
me - ugh far. closer?
guy - lincoln service place like 1/4 mile away from us
me - yay super near me.

I drove there and went in and explained dealey and they said lets check part for availablty and etc. They did have part and it was covered under warranty but i had $100 deductible. COURSE IT DID. They said 3 hours and I was like, okay do it. I had 3 hours to kill and no drivey machine to go anywhere. I called friend #1, no answer. I called friend #2 who picked up but because people do work mon to fri, he was at work. his brother, who I met once, was off due to illness and he would call him. Said brother came by and I hung out and watched family guy blue harvest for about 45 mins. Of course, this repair didnt take 3 hours, only about an hour and 10 mins or so. I felt kinda bad cause Joe had to come get me and take me back and I could have easily stayed at the dealership for an hour. Mission had been delayed but with new window raisey thing in place, I was ready to go.

I then go to get GTA 4 and the place which orignally had copies at 230 no longer had copies at 5. Thanks! Maybe jeebus doesn't want me virtually fucking girls and kill people. I said too bad, it's going to happen anyway. IRS gave me my early tax credit thing Monday and DUBYA said I need to spend it. I'm spending one tenth on it on virtual whores. Then the rest is being add to saving until I save enough for super fast new 3.06 mhz 24' iMac or for a new 3G iPhone. Yes, I am a slave and will spend my own money to get one. Unless uncle steve wants to give us a free one. :)

i hate when I'm really sleepy and i finally get to crash out at like 1230 am but for whatever reason some dumb fuck text messages me around 1 am and it wakes me up and now i haven't been able to go back to sleep since. it's 423 now.

fuck.

I only had like 2 hours of sleep last night. I really need to wake up at 10 to go check out this apt i want to move to before I go to work tomorrow. but no. my body hates me.

maybe I should just kill the texter. i like that idea.

i tried the sleeping aid pill thing but it doesn't really work if you keep doing it. who knows a shady doctor I can get good sleeping pills from?

I can't wait till the shifts at work change. This 4x10 was the worst idea I ever had. Next to sleeping with your mom that is. oh yes, i went there.

I'm moving to another bldg at work, maybe tomorrow if OPS processes my move ticket fast enough. I don't want to tell anyone so when they come look for me and my desk is empty, maybe they will cherish the fun times. or just check on iChat and IM me.

tonight I went to HEB after work to get some things. it seemed as though a cashier was on break since only one lane was open at 11pm. they always have two open but that is neither here nor there.

there was an older couple being checked out and then a guy with a big ole cart full of stuff in front of me. I had a hand basket with about 10 items and I was content with waiting. about a minute after I get there, the guy in front of me grabs a lane divider thing you put between people right between his and the older couple ahead of him, just big enough for my stuff. he then motions to me and says I can go. I was like whoa. that NEVER happens. I was like no no, it's okay. he insisted. I was like, wow sir, I really appreciate that.

it's not like a HUGE deal, but it saved me 5 mins and it was just a WOW moment. haven't had one of those in quite a while.

i totally just found out my favorite band in the entire whole wide world foo fighters is going to be at ACL this year. So without any delay I grabbed trusty credit card and purchased those $170 tickets in 12 seconds flat.
